Students who have any grievances concerning the Department are encouraged to bring these matters to the attention of the Chairperson or any Committee Member for appropriate action and resolution.
All members of the BCAS are fully informed about the institution's guidelines. They are also knowledgeable about the established procedures for submitting grievances and complaints. Grievance redressal cells have been established and are actively operational. All personnel, including faculty and department heads, have been trained to promptly address any grievances raised by students or staff within the university.
Bharathidasan College of Arts and Science in Erode has established the Collegiate Student Grievance Redressal Committee (CSGRC) and the Departmental Grievance Redressal Committee (DGRC) in accordance with the UGC (Redress of Grievances of Students) Regulations, 2019.
